Resumes for Career Transition |
| Participants will learn to
develop a resume that highlights experience and skills in an age-neutral format. Creative
ways of developing career objectives and summaries and formatting your resume will be
explored. Five key characteristics of a winning mid-career resume will be presented. All
participants will leave with a working draft of their resume. |

techniques utilized by today's employers will be highlighted. Strategies for dealing
with the issue of "over qualification", negotiating salaries and responding to

opportunity to practice interviewing with the use of a video camera and group feedback. |
